Unable to change to spesific Guest tenants, you receive the error  “Your account is blocked” ? The problem is probably that your account is on the Risky sign-ins list in (your tenants) Azure Active Directory.

As far as I can see you will only experience this behaviour when the other tenant –the Guest tenant, is MFA enabled.
Pluss that your user account is flagged on the Risky sign-in list, removing it from the list and problem is solved.

Conclusion was ADAL local problems, and the Risky sign-in list.
